Summary:
The Recreation & Activities Director will organize and direct a best in class programming experience for members and their guests.
Coordinate all member and youth events and activities throughout the year including summer kid's camps, holiday functions and monthly scheduled member activities.
Work closely with department heads to ensure memorable experiences for the membership and their guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Work as a functional member of the leadership team within the expectations of our culture.
Works with appropriate department heads to plan, develop, implement, and supervise age-appropriate programming.
Works with appropriate department heads to create an exciting calendar of events for all ages.
Works with appropriate department heads to program sports specific activities and events.
Coordinates and promotes monthly family, holiday and kids' events and activities.
Assist with the preparation and implementation of private, special events and parties.
Maintain a robust youth summer camp schedule maximizing the use of the Club amenities.
Hire, train, supervise and certify camp staff, counselors, and lifeguards.
Maintain a high level of safety during all youth activities and camps.
Prepare for the programming needs of the future Lake Club amenities including Party Barn.
Assist the Membership Sales Team and Marketing staff with photos and marketing pieces as needed.
Use social media and other communication platforms effectively to promote activities before, during and after events to the membership.
Prepare an annual operating budget.
Is present at all functions.
Continuously evaluate and assess programs for optimal success.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
