Position Title:
Maintenance Associate Reports to:
Director of Guest Services Responsibilities Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, painting/oiling etc.
Electrical work such as replacing light bulbs, installing light fixtures Do garden/yard upkeep by weeding rocked areas, tree & shrub pruning etc.
Possible lawn mowing at a later date.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.
g.
HVAC, TV) Check functionality and fix irrigation.
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during any future renovations Report to the manager on any issues Job Requirements Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in English IDEA
