This is a Travel position.

You will be traveling to different states and site locations upwards of 300 days out of the year.

Mileage remibursment for travel between jobsites.

Responsibilities:


n

  • n
  • Oversee scheduling of personnel to ensure the scope of work is completed in a timely fashion


  • n
  • Conduct daily inspections to stay abreast of progress on work orders and to evaluate facilities.


  • n
  • Hire, train, and support personnel to ensure efficiency.


  • n
  • Develop guidelines and policies to facilitate efficient service and maintenance.


  • n
  • Provide input for decisions that affect the functional areas of responsibility.


  • n
  • Setup, adjust and operate a variety of machine tools to perform progressive machining operations.


  • n
  • Maintain parts inventory and initiate purchase requisition when inventory is low.


  • n
  • Maintain all the field rules, policies, and safety procedures.


  • n
  • Respond quickly and effectively to on-call tasks or changes.


  • n
  • Supervise employees engaged in maintenance activities.


  • n
  • Assign and review work, interview, train, discipline, evaluate performance and eliminate ordinary difficulties.

  • Other duties as assigned.

You should be proficient in:

  • n
  • Forklift Licensed

  • n
  • Meets Physical Requirements

  • n
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
