Field Concrete Laborer
This is a Travel position.

You will be traveling to different states and site locations upwards of 300 days out of the year.

Mileage remibursment for travel between jobsites.

Per Diem to assist with lodging and food while traveling.

Responsibilities:
n
- n
Oversee scheduling of personnel to ensure the scope of work is completed in a timely fashion
- n
Conduct daily inspections to stay abreast of progress on work orders and to evaluate facilities.
- n
Hire, train, and support personnel to ensure efficiency.
- n
Develop guidelines and policies to facilitate efficient service and maintenance.
- n
Provide input for decisions that affect the functional areas of responsibility.
- n
Setup, adjust and operate a variety of machine tools to perform progressive machining operations.
- n
Maintain parts inventory and initiate purchase requisition when inventory is low.
- n
Maintain all the field rules, policies, and safety procedures.
- n
Respond quickly and effectively to on-call tasks or changes.
- n
Supervise employees engaged in maintenance activities.
- n
Assign and review work, interview, train, discipline, evaluate performance and eliminate ordinary difficulties.
- n
Other duties as assigned.

You should be proficient in:

- Forklift Licensed

- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
